Deliciously Cooking is the daily recipe arm of Deliciously Fine Foods, a niche supplier of premium Italian ingredients with direct relationships with family-run producers across Italy.
Our story
Since 2016, we have been sourcing the finest artisanal products from small Italian producers - aged cheeses, cured meats, farm-to-table preserves, and handmade pasta. We know these ingredients intimately because we work directly with the families who make them.
Deliciously Cooking was born from a simple idea: what if we shared not just the ingredients, but the knowledge of how to use them? One recipe a day, written with the care and precision of a professional kitchen, but designed for confident home cooking.

The team
We are a small, passionate team based in London, operating from New Covent Garden Market. Led by Luigi de Simone Niquesa, we combine over 15 years of experience in Italian food sourcing with a deep love for teaching others to cook well.
